The sales rep said the bill would adjust every month but 3 months in, and the bill hasn't adjusted. And they act like we didn't sign up for a black friday special. our phones were supposed to be free, providing we signed up for the most expensive unlimited plan. Now we're stuck paying $90 a month just in cell phone payments. No one will help us. I'm at my wits end, ready to contact BBB! We would have never agreed to pay $2000 for fudging cell phones plus get stuck with a monthly bill of $227!!
