***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. We were lied to about the Black Friday specials, to get us to sign up.

The sales rep said the bill would adjust every month but 3 months in, and the bill hasn't adjusted. And they act like we didn't sign up for a black friday special. our phones were supposed to be free, providing we signed up for the most expensive unlimited plan. Now we're stuck paying $90 a month just in cell phone payments. No one will help us. I'm at my wits end, ready to contact BBB! We would have never agreed to pay $2000 for fudging cell phones plus get stuck with a monthly bill of $227!!

This is never how we want you to feel Alex. As a consumer myself, I expect promotions to be on time and as promised. I would be frustrated as well, and we want to make this right for you. Can you please share exactly what the promotion was? What are the make and models of your phones? How were they purchased?
