I am very upset with Verizon. Been a customer for 30 years. The web site stinks. Try to order just a cord for your charger and a message comes up with none available and blocks the window where the cords are so you cannot order them.
Phone system! Really! The automated operator will do everything possible not to send you to a live person, included sending a chat link. Why!
I need a simple usb cord and I cannot just order it. The customer service representative that I finally reached also could not help me. A very pleasant person who tried but was also experiencing the same issues with the website.
But if I wanted to upgrade or not pay my bill Verizon would be right on it.
Verizon is getting to big to fail and to help it's long term customers.
