I ordered a phone for my daughter on June 19th a Sunday, and it is now a Wednesday. No one with Verizon can tell me where the phone is. 😞 My daughter has been without a phone since Sunday as hers died. What does "we're preparing your order for pick up." mean? That’s the only status I can see. Verizon has given me answers from my order was “canceled,” to “your phone should be in tomorrow.” Anyone else go through this?! I am so frustrated. 😞
