So, I recently joined Verizon on the Beyond Unlimited plan and got a new iPhone X (financed).
I'm very unsatisfied with the Internet coverage in Santa Monica. It's absolutely terrible. Sometimes it doesn't even open Google! I'd like to keep the phone but go back to my previous provider. What can I do? Can I cancel the plan and keep the phone? I'm happy to pay it off but I don't want to pay the monthly fee for the unlimited plan.
I'd appreciate your advice.
I believe that once you pay off any remaining balance due on the purchase of the phone, you can take it to another service provider...as long as it is compatible with the other provider's network.
