I see my young son visited from his phone but he says he doesn't remember why?? Sounds strange. Why would this site be used?

The website mentioned is used when a customer is providing their signature to us in agreement of new services or products/features they recently received/signed up for. Customers are only redirected to that site in the event they have made an account/equipment change and we need an electronic signature for the change processed.
