ok, Verizon completely changed their website layout and menus again. Where can I apply the month-2-month discount to my access line now that I'm out-of-contract?
It used to appear under "change features" on the old menus. But I've been thru the new menus numerous times and can't find anything about a month-2-month discount.
I want my $15 discount off my $40 access line now that my 2-year contract has ended.

Update: Ack! Found it! It's at the very top of the page and looks like an advertisement instead of a "feature"! It says something like "save $10 or more on More Everything plan." It really looks like a typical useless website advert and my eyes completely glazed over it without reading.

No, it's not. All I see there is:
Premium Products: Verizon Cloud, Visual Voice Mail, Premium Voice Visual Voice Mail, VZ Navigator, Roadside Assistance, NFL Mobile Premium, Verizon FamilyBase, Family Locator, Slack Radio Tones, Push To Talk Plus, and Verizon Caller Name ID.
Free Products: Advanced Calling 1.0, NFL Mobile Free, Content Filters, Verizon Support and Protection, INDYCAR 14, and Share Name ID.
If I click on "contact end date", it says "month to month" so I know my contract is ended and the system recognizes that fact. But no where do I see any discount feature listed. The price of my bill hasn't changed so I know it hasn't been applied automatically or anything.
Funny how discounts are always the hardest things to find...sneaky Verizon.
I think Verizon was attempting to make it obvious by putting the discount at the top of the page and "advertising" it. But because of the way they dressed it up, you just end up ignoring it because we're accustomed to thousands of promo ads being thrown in our faces every day. So you just stop reading them because 99% of them are worthless.
