Where can I find my data usage for past 12 months

Log in to My Verizon

Go to My Billing

At My Bill you will see a date range with an arrow pointing down, this will give you 18 months of PDF bills you can see your data usage.

This information is five years old. The menu option provided in the solution doesn't exist anymore. How do we find past data usage now?

We understand wanting to view your data usage, piano_one. Typically, the data usage can be seen when logged into the My Verizon account and going to Usage. There you can view the data usage for your lines. Also, only 3 months of data usage will show, there is no way to get data usage from longer than that time frame anymore.
