HI, I recharged my prepaid Jetpack in July.
I tried to find if there any recharge history or billing for that.
However, I cannot find any in my account summary page.
Is there anyway I can get back the recharge summary or proven amount receipt that I recharged in Jul?
I need it as proven record to claim my company.

There's no Bill Page in my Verizon.
I think it's because of my prepaid account.
In this case, is there any way to get back the Bill statement that I paid in July?
Furthermore, I was hardly to sign in the past few weeks.
I typed in my password mistakenly few weeks ago.
I managed to reset my password with my e-mail.
However, it keeps asking me for a Pin from my Jetpack to sign in.
As I am currently out of US for the coming 2 years as well, my jetpack cannot receive any pin out of US.
Anyway to bypass this pin issue?
I keep trying to sign in for the past few weeks without success.
Somehow, I manage to sign in today without asking the pin.
Anyway, pls kindly provide me the bill statement of my July recharge.
Also, pls do contact me by firstname.lastname@example.org as I'm afraid that I cannot sign in again after today.
