i called customer support after seeing commercial on tv to upgrade and get credit on your old phones but they werent that old(my phone had never been out of its case and besides the 2 year contract i had to pay 150.00 extra. i have been calling and writing ever since october and never got resolved till today when the rep after 30 minutes of looking here and there she was saying what the other reps were saying i should have gotten my credits by the 2nd billing cycle and then all of a sudden she says well you werent suppose to get the upgrade. why did they tell me they would give me credit when it wasnt time, do they not know what they are doing. how can you get something if its not time oh i know we will take their phones and not pay them.i checked on my phone and i could have sold it for 200.00 in the condition it was in. i am so mad and dissapointed with verizion i am going to ask an attorney what my rights are if they dont have to pay me for my phones why should i have to pay them for theirs.
