Where is CS? I have been waiting over a week

I tried to reactivate a phone and wound up with 2 additional phone numbers.  I have tried and tried to get them cancelled from day one.  They finally opened a ticket but I cannot find the ticket nor has anyone contacted me or fixed the problem.  What is going on Verizon??????

I am VERY unhappy and I have been a customer for about 30 years.
