Who do I talk to?

I need help figuring out who to talk to about an account mix up.  I am on my mom's phone plan - but I signed up for internet on my own - without her plan. 

However, since I had already registered online by my phone number to make payments - no one I have spoken to at customer service is able to find my internet account number so I can pay my internet bill.

I have called three different numbers and spoken to numerous people.  They can't seem to grasp the fact that this internet plan is my own, not under my mom's name.  

The emails that I have gotten to pay my bill take me directly to my phone account.

I just want to pay my bill.

I am at my wit's end.  I have no idea who to talk to that might be able to help.  I am really, really tired of the dead end phone calls. @vzwcustomerservice  @Help
