Since last month I can't login to my account.
I have had the same info for years. I can only access account now through the temporary password, once I close this page I will have the same problem again. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge and login doesn't work for any of them

debgram1 - I apologize for the issues your having with your My Verizon account. I rely on being able to sign into My Verizon account on a daily basis. I am glad you brought this issue to our attention. I am confident that we will get the sign in issue you're having resolved. Are you having these issues when you log in using a smartphone and a PC? When you originally sign up for a My Verizon account did you do it via the My Verizon mobile application or on a computer?
