If you are at the start of a new bill cycle, it may be 24 - 48 hours before your usage resets. If that is not the case, then what do you see when you log on to your account? Any error messages?

I haven’t been able to see current usage for over a week. The message “your request cannot be processed at this time try again later” keeps popping up
