Why am I being billed 3 days earlier now?  Please explain the reason.

I posted this response to another thread but it is the answer to your question.

"They are simply changing the timeframe you have to pay your bill, standardizing it across the board for all customers regardless of bill cycle date so that (and this is just an example entirely) if before, whereas some customers had 14 days to pay their bill and others had 17 days to pay their bill, all customers now have 14 days to pay their bill to ensure there are no late fees charged."
