Hello SHEDEN60, not receiving your Military discount can be surprising, especially if it's been happening since November 2018, we want to resolve your dilemma. What recent changes have occurred (new plan, transfer of service, etc.)? Have you applied for the Military discount (https://www.verizonwireless.com/discount-program/military)? Have you received any notifications about the status of your Military discount?
