I am truly disappointed with verizon as well, been with them about 8 years, and paid $80 to activate a new phone absolutely rediculous. It was $40 already and my daughter went in to have the phone activated at a store and paid another $40 to transfer photos and contacts, unknown to me or her verizon has indirect stores who new this they charge for that and why? And who new about direct or indirect stores. I also got a new phone and under a new 2 year contract did not want to pay more monthly bill is already high even with a 21% discount still high. So come to find out all of the sudden I am paying $40 more a month now for he new phone and mine $20 more each a month I have had 2 year contracts for years but they r forcing to do the edge monthly pay on a new phone ,if I had know that I would be paying $20 more I would of waited and got the s7 samsung and paid the same, its only $20 per phone on the edge pay plan. Such con artist and schemers. We want to keep you but yet they keep [removed] you verizon is a bunch of [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] .
amen, and customer service is so pathetic. My account is so screwed up right now after an upgrade, I'm considering just returning it all and going to another provider. I called and they can't fix my numbers and equipment agreements being swapped for 30 days, and I was planning on upgrading my other line on Friday when the S7 comes out. Again, pathetic.
