Why can't AT&T customers contact me?

I am having problems with AT&T customers being able to call in. We have to go to redial to call them back in order for us be able to communicate No fix from Verizon any help or anyone else with same problem? ( this has gone on for months - bad for business)

We want to ensure you are able to receive calls from all sources, j_carterjim. We don't want this to impact your business. What is the model of the device that is having this issue? What do these customers experience or hear when trying to call you? Have you previously been able to receive calls from all carriers?

The device is a yealink desk phone as well as the iphones that roll into it. Customers cannot hear us and we cannot hear the customer. Issues with AT&T customer has been going on since installation in August of 2017

Hi Verizon Team,

 

I am also facing the same issue, I ported in to verizon in decemeber and from that day many of the people on at&t mobile phone users are not able to call me or text me. Could you please let me know if there was a solution for this problem. I tried clearing network settings, settings, restarted phone multiple times, replaced the sim card as told by one of the live chat representative. And nothing worked out. And also tried calling in customer care today and they also tried doing somethings on their side. Nothing helped me. The customer care representative connected me to at&t customer care. On call with at&t custmer care they mentioned me that they can't check on this as I am not their customer. Could you please help me with this?

Snvvsnk, you have our sincerest apologies that your concerns have not been resolved as of yet. What is the model of the device that is having this issue? What do these customers experience or hear when trying to call you? Have you previously been able to receive calls from all carriers? You mentioned that you worked with us earlier today and to no success, were you an AT&T customer before coming to Verizon?

How did Verizon end up fixing this, if they did? I am having the exact same problem. Ported in to Verizon business plan in October from AT&T and now I can't receive calls from anyone on AT&T. Seriously, no on can figure this out and I'm beyond frustrated...and desperate.

We're glad to have you in the Verizon family, and we don't want you to miss out on any calls whatsoever. I'm certain we can get this addressed so you don't have to worry about this any longer. With this being a business account, we do not have the necessary access to move forward. However, you can reach out to our business department by dialing 800-922-0204 and enter a corporate phone number from the account. This would be the most efficient and effective way to get a solution in place.
