I am trying to figure out why the accessories I am trying to buy won't let me charge it to my account. The website keeps telling me that they can't process the payment and then I lose the ability to charge the items to my account. I have tried chatting and calling and nobody answers.
Either you are over your limit for the amount you can charge to the account or your credit rating isn't good enough to allow you to charge to your account.
