Last Saturday my contract expired. The Friday before that, I signed in and bought a prepay phone and plan. When I log in now, I don't see that new account. My account only shows that my account has been disconnected.
I had my old contract phone number transferred to my new prepay plan.
I don't think I can start/sign up for a new account because my phone number did not change.
How can I see my new account online so I can add prepay payments to it?
