Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why can't Verizon fix my bill???

I upgraded my phone in late April 2022.  The phone did not work for me and I immediately returned it to Verizon.  I have the UPS tracking number and I have proof that Verizon received the phone back on May 2, 2022.  However, I am being charged for this phone even though I returned it.

I have called and called and Verizon admits that they received the phone back and they admit that I should not be charged for the phone but they don't know how to get it off my bill.  One agent tried to fill out a Device Cancellation Form today (10/8/2022) but it wouldn't let her because it has been past 180 days!!!!!

I have been a VW customer for 28 years!  I have always paid my bill on time, never been one day late! And this is how you treat a customer!!!

I am going to report this to the BBB and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

This is theft and VW should be ashamed of themselves!!

Is there anyone that can help me???

A huge thank you to Kevin and any other Wireless Community help that I received.  But most of all a huge thank you to Sara at VW Customer Service!  I have received an email that my account has been fixed.  Thank you!

I received an email from Verizon on 10/8/2022 that stated the following:

Your credit is on the way.

 

Hi ELIZABETH SMITH/USG,

 

We wanted to let you know that your credit for $549.99 has been requested and is pending approval. Look for a separate message with an updated status within 48 hours.

 

I still have not gotten my credit.  When will I receive this credit???
