Wife failed to pay the bill. The Bill says over $400!!! She swears its for 1 month. I need to see the history to see what the heck is going on, yet all it shows me is the CURRENT month!!!?!?!?!?!?
I'm gonna friggin pull my hair out! This is almost enough to make this 15 year customer go to Sprint or ATT!

When you log on to verizonwireless.com. and go to Billing, View Bill, there's a small red down arrow next to the date range for the bill - click that to get the last year's worth of bills.

I apologize in advance for the troubles you're experiencing while you're looking for your bill history. If you are using a PC please log in here. Sign In Once you are signed into your My Verizon online account, click on the black letters that say My Verizon. Right under Account Owner you will see View bill in blue letters. Click on View bill. If the amount in the previous balance line and the total current charges line equal to the total charges due by section then you're being billed for 2 months.
