I received a letter saying the following:
'In order to get your Bill ready reminders, please update your account profile. You can find this in the My Verizon app under Account/Notifications or by using this direct link: VZW.com/AlertPrefs."
However, when I go the My Verizon app under Account/Notifications, the only options are for data alerts, there is no option for bill ready reminders.
I have already talked to representatives on the phone and they have fixed my immediate problem. Now I am merely wondering why Verizon sent me a letter with instructions that are WRONG?
Is your account a prepaid or postpaid account?
