Sorry to be so blunt I’ve had nothing but issues with this company and I’ve about had it and am going to switch !! Not only am I being ridiculously all of a sudden charge for a line that has been suspended from my abusers line which I had his own line with his name but yes it was under my account I have my police reports I’ve made this cleared I don’t know how many customer service agents how many different stores I’ve been to and I’m just now learning on my own that I could have the the dang line transfer it now I expect a phone call from somebody in upper management with the authority to make decisions that customer service agents cannot because I’m sick and tired of my line being turned off every other week because I don’t have the money to pay the $900 bill for a line I should not be held accountable for
