We certainly want your hotspot feature to work for you. Do you happen to know what plan you are on? Is it the Go Unlimited Plan or the Beyond Unlimtied Plan? Is this the first time you are trying to use the hotspot or have you been able to use it in the past? What dsevices are you trying to connect to?
