Why don't I see my Fios plan in my My Verizon App, or my Unlimited Plan in my account on the website, or the discount I was supposed to get?

On the 13th I signed up for the 1 gig Fios plan with the streaming add on, and on the 14th, I bought a 5g unlimited do more plan for 1 line, along with a new phone discounted after trading in my old one. However, despite buying these under the same account with the same email address, the only thing that shows up when I go to look under the verizon website is my fios information, and all that shows up in the my verizon app is my phone line information, neither of which have the $25/month discount reflected in their pricing. How can I view all my services and products from Verizon under one account, and what do I need to do to get this discount reflected on my bill?

Thanks, I see it says to use the My Verizon App to link the accounts but how do I actually do that? I see an option to add Fios to an existing verizon account, but not an option to add an existing fios account to the verizon account
