Why have the Verizon app if I have to log in every time?

What is the point of having a Verizon app on my phone, if I have to re-sign in every single time I use it?  I might as well just use the website.  Oh wait, every time I try to log into the website, I have to verify the log in attempt.....using my phone.

Brilliant.

Security, Security, Security.....

The Verizon app can control the experience with better tools than a browser.

Hello, Ramfat. We are very sorry to hear about the concern involving having to sign back in to the My Verizon app on your device each time you would like to use it. This does happen to ensure that your account information is safe at all times. What is the make and model of the smartphone that you use?
