I recently tried to add my wife to my phone plan and found it impossible to transfer her number from her former employers Verizon plan to my Verizon plan. We spent hours on the phone with Verizon support and using the chat feature on the Verizon website.
I was a willing customer that was trying to buy a new phone and add service. Why on earth would you make that difficult??
We don't need help anymore, we just went with a different provider. I just wanted to vent!
