***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why is my order status still saying being prepared?

We ordered two phones last weekend. We have contacted the RIDICULOUSLY HORRIBLE customer service an insane amount of times and keep going in circles. We have accepted the terms and agreements that day and paid what we needed to. We get a million different answers from them. We have heard everything from there’s a verification issue to you should receive them Monday (yesterday) to they haven’t shipped yet. Our order status hasn’t chanced from

Spoke to someone again this morning but they expedited a ticket to get the phones shipped. As apparently the phones still did not ship.
