I went online to order a phone for my daughter. she picked it out online then I went to complete the order. It said I could pick it up in store so I opted for that. It didn't show it when I got to the cart so I clicked the "Chat". The person helped me make the order said they were verifying I could pick it up in store, she came back and said no problem and I could pick it up in an hour. I got the confirmation email saying they got the order but don't go to the store yet. they'll send another message when it's ready. I waited four hours and then went back to chat. Was told "Oh, we're so sorry but they still haven't finished the order" and then some nonsense about shipping I said it's not being shipped. Long story short, I waited another hour and still didn't receive a message telling me that it's ready so I went to the store "IT'S CLOSED". I wouldn't be so upset if they just told me in the first place to have the damn thing shipped. I have five lines on my account and am seriously thinking of doing some price shopping. I was a loyal customer but no reciprocation from the company means they don't deserve my money anymore.
