Will all my incoming calls show on my phone bill?

I’m looking for a number on my phone bill that called me while I was on the other line on a call but I cannot find it. I know the day and approximate time they called but I don’t see any incoming calls during that time period. Does anyone know if these calls would come through to reflect on my phone bill?

Only the incoming calls you answered will be listed on the bill. Incoming calls that you missed but didn't answer won't be listed.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't miss the call. I answered the call and spoke for about 10 seconds then I had to click back over to the other line/call. I'm trying to find the number I was on the phone with for 10 seconds.
