A couple of weeks ago my son was in a Verizon store picking up a new phone and was told that my acct was eligible for the 55+ plan. Then I got an email a few days back from Verizon saying the same thing. I've called the number that came in the email twice, chatted online with customer support, and even gone into a local store and no one has been able to transfer my plan. I'm hoping that someone from VZW will see this post and do whatever magic it takes to make this happen.
