I was quoted a promotion price and now being told they won’t honor it because they told me wrong. I have been offered a couple of solutions but nothing that comes close to what I was originally told. I asked them to pull the call even gave them the exact date and time and they refuse to do so. Very unhappy and will be leaving Verizon ASAP.
I had the same thing happen, but "free" iPhone I am paying $750 for. Just ordered SIM from another carrie, then will pay off "free" phone and port outta here.
