Memorial Day weekend 2019 I went to get the Samsumg Galaxy 10+ from Best Buy... An AWESOME Verizon rep asked me was I "still stuck with Sprint or interested in something different" .. mind you, I had been with Sprint for 16 years.. 🙂 I havent been anywhere else until now.
And here I am with Verizon and wondering WHY!??
I have had more issues with service from Verizon from the whole time I had been with Sprint..
I have not diverted from my normal routine or gone anywhere new and my service is AWFUL! I cannot listen to music or my podcast, watch tv, service the web without losing bars right in the middle. There is no reason I cannot walk anywhere in my office building Downtown and not have service. I came to verizon for MORE coverage not less!
The real question i have is how much is it going to cost me to go back to Sprint?
if less than 14 days from purchase take it back but...
good luck with the vendor giving the refund.
vendors like best buy , kiosks in costco, etc are like car salesman, if their lips are moving, they're fibbing to you about what your new phone + verizon service will do for you.

What's the zip code and the nearest intersection associated with the problem area? Do you know other VZW customers with the same experience?
