***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Worst Support on a Phone Purchase

Order two new phones on 12/27. I paid 12.00 for one day shipping. The phones never shipped and after 6 phone calls to customer care no resolution. I call again this morning and the agent has no idea why they have not shipped but suggested i cancel my order because the original order was in limbo and would never ship. So i cancel and are told it will take 3-5 days to receive my money back. Strange they take it in a flash but want to wait 3-5 days to give it back. I have never been so completly frustrated at a company. SMH
