Worst communication ever for a telecommunications company!

Verizon sends a notice by email to access changes to my account through viewing My Verizon.

Then provides no direct link once logging into the account. Wouldn't it be simple to either provide a direct link to it or indicate on my account page what they are referriing to in their email? 

Hard to believe this failure of customer service/user-interface. Finding it unprofessional for supposed professional  communications company.
