I need to speak with someone in Retention!!!! I’ve had VERIZON NETWORK ISSUES SINCE 9/2018 and they have just now worked to resolve the problem after numerous calls and trouble shooting in tech support. I’m sick of the back and forth and I have to make multiple calls. Getting ANYTHING DONE TAKES AN ACT OF CONGRESS!!!!!!!
If you have had issues since 2018, why haven't you switched to another carrier?
