I just signed up to Verizon after being an ATT&T customer for 20 years. After 1 month of service they processed my payment incorrectly several times. After hours on the phone no one helped me and they also locked my account further punishing me from receiving the auto deduct discount. I spoke with finance and they had no clue what the issue was and couldn’t even explain it to me to resolve it. Treated extremely rude the entire time. I’m so dissatisfied I’m going to switch providers. This company is awful.
