Over a year ago, I got a new phone for one of the lines on my plan. At the time, there were no issues. A few months ago, I noticed my phone wasn't showing up under my devices. After doing some checking, i noticed that the wrong IMEI number was showing up for my phone. I've tried changing the IMEI number, I've even tried calling customer service to change the number for me. every time, the old IMEI keeps showing up and won't change. I'm at a loss as of what to do about this.
