Our account has 4 lines and should have 4 names associated with the lines (on the bill, everywhere). However, 2 lines have the correct names and the other 2 lines have the same name (should be different names)
We have tried calling Verizon twice and tried chatting. No one seems to be able to fix this.
Just to clarify, I do not mean the "Share Name ID", nor do I mean the "Device Nickname". I need the name on the account level changed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
