In the last few weeks verizone has messed us over pretty bad on the unlimited plan, worked amazing until a cpl weeks ago, as I type this I be watched the video I'm trying to watch, buffer 17 times, they'll ask a bunch of useless questions, already knowing the answers, everything got throttled, they advertised back in February unlimited streaming at 1080p, but that's out the window, on top of that, if you're using anything other than your cellphone, chances are your down speed is so slow its unusable for anything other than viewing txt

Stompboks...Did Verizon Support resolve your problem? One Verizon staff post in this thread indicated they sent a private message to you about your experience. I am on XXL plan thinking about Beyond Unlimited. Not convenienced it is a good choice right now.
