MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS ZERO PICK. I SPOKE TO TWO PEOPLE!! I ORDERED AN IPAD AIR AND IT WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THE FIRST ONE SAID THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT CHANGE IT AND HE GAVE ME A CANCELLATION NUMBER. THE SECOND ONE SAID IT WAS NEVER CHANGED BUT HE COULD CHANGE IT AND RECEIVED A CODE FROM HIM AS WELL!! WHAT IS GOING ON! I NEED A REFUND.
