account locked with correct password afterhours

Had an agent set up my new ID and password because keep getting locked out, big shock I'm locked out again. Obviously Ik my password so why am I getting locked out again? After hours to boot so can't even get support, Ik the first time I have a 1000 dollar paperweight is the last payment I make on cell plans.

Well due to the way Apple and Verizon admin the phone accounts I had somehow mixed up forgotten or for whatever reason "lost" my old password access, required a password reset. Luckily Verizon is reasonable with their lockout protocol, wasn't to difficult to figure out.
