I tried to make a plan change today and Verizon CSR told me it cannot be accomplished until the start of my next billing cycle.....which is 25 days from now.....seems strange as I used to make changes immediately. Have they stopped doing that?
What kind of plan changes are you making?

i've been able to do changes at any point from back-dating to start of recent cyle to keep from going over.
+ i recently changed from 3g shared to start unlimited but chose to make happen on end of cycle date without pro-rating the bill.
call again, different rep, different answer.
