2 months ago when my bill dropped from $215 to $145 I questioned it. (just curious) I was told that the line fees went down because I was nearing my contract end date and this would be my bill from now on for 3 lines and 12G data. I was pretty happy about that.
Fast forward 2 months and my next bill is $363 for those same 3 lines! Now I'm told that they adjusted peoples eligibility dates so they could upgrade to the new Iphone7 if they wanted to (I don't have an Iphone so I don't know why this applies to me) and when they did that an error occurred with the line fees for the previous 2 months. Not sure why Verizon's error is my problem but it is and this is why when my contract is up on 12-11 I will be going elsewhere. This is not my first bill incident either by the way.
