bill messed up again.....

I don't usually come on here to complain about verizon but enough is enough. seem like every month my bill gets messed up. my bill went from $120 to $500 in one month, and to make it even worse I was charged for an ipad I returned 2 years ago. this was suppose to be fixed weeks ago but of course I haven't heard from anybody. Now its almost time to pay my bill again and I refuse to pay that much for one line I rather switch companies.

What does your bill attribute the additional charges to? Simply saying it is $500 instead of $120 doesn't mean a whole lot. The bill says it is for something, it doesn't simply add cost without explanation.

nope. all I know is an agent is working on it...that was almost 3 weeks ago

after being on phone with Verizon for over an hour my bill is finally back to normal
