We need to cancel this plan.  We get spotty connection and at home we can hardly get on line at all.  We have dropped calls constantly and we are not happy with this.  The service just isn't good for where we live and also where we go just in the local area.

To cancel service or remove a line permanently: Call Customer Service at (800) 392-0717, (Mon – Fri, 7 AM - 9 PM, Sat – Sun, 8 AM – 9 PM local time).
