Can I request my bill due date be changed to the first of the month? I am a government employee and get paid on the last day of the month. I get calls 3 or 4 times a day to pay my bill, as well as texts, for two weeks before I get paid to pay my bill.

2639ada13, your feedback is greatly appreciated. We are always looking for ways to improve, so the options for changing the cycle and due dates online will be explored. Currently, only customer service can make this change due to the proration’s caused leading to two bills in 45 days with prorated charges. We need to ensure the proper disclosure is provided to ensure the customers know the type of experience this change will cause over the new two months till the account is back on one full billing cycle.
