I ordered a phone and spoken to a sales rep who handle the order. I had issues with the link that the sales reps over the phone was sending me to approve the order. The sales reps got the order to go through with the manager approval and said I would have my new phone Tuesday. It's Wednesday and no phone. I check order status here in the version app and no order is showing up. i have no email confirmation of the order apart from the word of the sales rep who said it was approve. I can't find my phone even with the order number and location code. Very annoyed at this point! And this is not the first time it happens.
