After contacting CS 10 times since October, I need to escalate this issue to a manger. We switched over from T Mobile and purchased 4 new phones and traded in 4 phones in October through your online rep who was a joke.
Nothing seems to be happening as she promised. Still havens received $500 switch over rebate per line and 2 of our phones are not receiving the trade in discounts either. I am seriously considering going back to T Mobile. Your online CS and phone CS were not able to resolve our issues.
Desperately need help in connecting with a supervisor.
